ADE 2026

Ticketing that knows what happened, and why.

White-label ticketing that brings lost baskets back and builds your audience. Your domain, your payment account, your record.

1 in 10
people who leave a checkout with their email come back and buy within 15 days. 2026 so far.
The problem

A thousand people came last night. Try naming ten.

To most ticketing providers they are rows with an id on them. They paid, they went home, and the record of how they decided stayed with the platform.

1,000 people. Ten highlighted.
What Hibilet does

Two jobs, on top of selling the tickets.

1

Basket recovery

See who nearly bought and did not pay, and bring them back to the same event.

2

Audience acquisition

Every checkout becomes a named person with consent, on a list you own and can export.

Basket recovery · the comeback

People who put a basket down often come back and pay.

This year about 1 in 18 buyers had left a checkout for the same event on an earlier day. Their orders are about €42k of revenue.

It shows they came back. It does not show what brought them back.

Basket recovery · when they come back

Most return within a week.

Of the people who leave a checkout with their email, about 1 in 11 buy the same event within a week, and about 1 in 10 within 15 days.

Share of people who left a checkout with their email and later paid for the same event. 2026 so far.
Basket recovery · where buyers drop off

77,000 baskets so far this year. Most buyers leave before they say who they are.

The ones who enter an email are serious: about six in ten of them pay. The rest stay anonymous: nobody can write to them afterwards.

2026 so far, on Hibilet. Baskets with at least one ticket.
Basket recovery · what happened to the emails

4,300 people left an email this year. Three in four did not pay.

About 1 in 8 came back later and paid, half of those within a day and a half. A similar number paid within minutes, on a second try. Nobody wrote to the rest: no reminder was ever sent.

About 3,300 emails belong to people who never paid for anything they left. A list, not lost revenue.

2026 so far. Left an email on an unpaid basket with a ticket, matched to the same event. The same split holds for people who left more than 30 days ago. Their first baskets add up to about €337k at list price, which is not lost revenue.
Audience acquisition

Every checkout becomes a person you can write to.

Name, email and consent sit on one record per buyer, and the list is yours to export at any time.

Whose money is it

We are not in the flow of funds.

The buyer's payment is created on the organiser's own payment account. Money never waits with us.

Getting started

Three steps, no contract.

1

Describe the event

Name, room, capacity, price. A draft sale comes back with its tickets and page built.

2

Connect your payment provider

The account you already have.

3

Publish

One switch turns the draft into selling, on your own domain.

Next step

Your next event, on Hibilet.
